Processing

Orders normally leave within a few business days. If an item has a different processing time, that timing will be stated on its product page.

Delivery and tracking

Available delivery methods and estimates are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email topnotchleadheads@gmail.com within 14 days. Include the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.

Returns

Used tackle cannot be returned. For an unused item, contact us before sending anything back so eligibility and return instructions can be confirmed. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
